Support Options


Support for Millennium Software products is available by several methods
:

 

Technical support, What IS Included:

  • Installation assistance
  • General questions and inquiries
  • Problem resolution
  • General how to assistance
  • Questions regarding data structures

What Is NOT Included:

  • Training on use of Atrex
  • Training of SQL or query design
  • Customization of any portion of the package
  • Training or support regarding PC Charge, Windows, or any third-party product
  • Hardware setup and use
  • Network or computer configuration
  • Data repair and/or retrieval

Keep in mind that these are partial lists and are subject to change without notice. All support will be based on the judgment and sole discretion of Millennium Software and its employees.


Before Asking For Support:

  • Have your serial number or the registered company name ready.
  • Be at your computer.
  • Know basic system information: Atrex version, Windows version, which computer is the server, the path for your Atrex data and central locations, etc.
  • If you are receiving error messages from the Atrex product, please have the EXACT error message available.

All support contact will be responded to in the same manner in which Millennium Software was contacted. (i.e. a fax will receive a fax response, an email will receive an email response).


Previous Version Support:

  • Support for Atrex 15 users within the support period of recent purchase will continue to be available through our normal support channels through the end of your included support period for that purchase.
  • Support for Atrex 15 users outside of the included support period is available at a rate of $49.00 per incident. This fee is due at the time support is rendered. A support incident is assistance for a single issue up to 30 minutes of time. Issues that require more time may require multiple support incidents at the discretion of the support technician.
  • Support for Atrex 14 and older has been discontinued. Support requests for Atrex 14 and older will be directed to the self-help tools on our website.

Installing Our Programs

Unless otherwise specified on the downloads page, installation of our programs simply involves running the installation program for the selected program. Detailed instructions on how to configure the application being installed will be available by viewing the application help from within the application.

Uninstalling Our Programs


Applications installed using supplied Millennium Software installation programs can be uninstalled by:

  • Open the Windows Control Panel.
  • Select 'Uninstall a Program'.
  • Find the specific program you wish to uninstall from the list of programs and double click on it.
  • Click the 'Uninstall' button.

Uninstalling an application will only remove the components that were installed during the original installation. To prevent accidental data loss, the data entered into our programs is NOT removed when the program is uninstalled. To completely remove all Atrex files after uninstalling Atrex, select the "Atrex" folder from inside of the Program Files folder of your computer with Windows explorer and delete the folder along with all of the contents.

Data such as Zip Code lookup tables and optional reports are considered data once they are installed and will NOT have a entry in the list of installed Windows programs.
